1. Emmons and McCullough (2003)惊奇地发现快乐是可以通过简单的感恩练习培养起来的。实验的参与者把每周要感激的5件事记下来，坚持10周。研究的结果表明，那组被要求每周记下5件让人心存感激的事情的被试比起只是简单听了5件事的被试更加快乐，他们的快乐感比起另一些被试高了25个百分点。

2. Lyubomirsky 等人. (2005)将每周进行感恩练习的效果和次数进行了比较。他们发现，只有每周进行一次感恩练习的人感到更快乐。这个结果表明，过分地感恩是没有特别的好处的，这可能是由于次数多了，人们就习惯了。

3. Seligman, Steen, Park and Peterson (2005)做了一个控制研究。他们对开始感恩练习的被试进行了6个月的跟踪调查。结果发现，他们比其他人更加快乐，压力更小。在这项研究中，被试在最初就开始记下了他们每天所感恩的事情。

2 世界是一座桥

物质的欢愉总维持不了很久，有时甚至会带来焦虑；而旅行通常有长而愉悦的后效。

这对我们是一个启示——我们对待世界的态度，要从妄图占有，转变成愉悦地经过。
因为就本质上说，所有占有的喜悦都是有瑕疵的。都暗藏危险。没有时患得，拥有时患失。老是想着占有与获得的人生，真当是有点无趣和不值当。仔细想想便知，这个世界，哪有什么东西恒久属于你？而抱着经过的态度生活，就能享用每一个美好的当下。而即便某个当下不够美好，也只不过是经过了一段不美好的路途，前面还有各种各样的可能性和别样的风景。

不知是哪本书上的话：
世界是一座桥。你只能穿越它。
而不是在上面建造寓所。

真是个精妙的比喻。

3 概念

Český Krumlov is a unique architectural jewel, the importance of which is confirmed by the fact that it is included in the UNESCO List of the World Cultural Heritage since 1992. Above the meanders of the river Vltava a unique complex of municipal housing has developed here, mainly from the 16th century, and an extensive castle and chateau complex, the second largest chateau complex after the Prague Castle. The historical seat of the Rosenberg family includes a variety of chateau buildings, the famous Masque Hall, the unique Baroque theatre, the chateau garden with a Rococo fountain and the summer-residence Bellaria with revolving auditorium, where seasonal theatre performances take place. The Cathedral of St. Vitus, a valuable architectural work of the Czech Gothic style, is a significant dominant of the town. Several cultural activities contribute to the unusual atmosphere of the town, such as the International Music Festival, the Old Music Festival, exhibitions in the International Centre of Egon Schiele, the Festivities of the five-leaf rose.

In the southwest of Pavlovské vrchy under the original castle grew a tributary town. The remains of the original fortifications can be seen on the Canon Tower in Kozí hrádek. The castle was rebuilt into a luxurious Baroque chateau, which, together with the Renaissance tower of the Church of St. Wenceslas and the Holy Hill with a chapel, creates the characteristic panorama of the town. Thanks to the location and climate wine growing and trade have developed here. Mikulov was famous with its religious tolerance, especially towards the protestants and the Jews. In the 17th – the 19th centuries Mikulov was the seat of rabbinate. The large Jewish ghetto is worth mentioning, as well as the synagogue and the Jewish cemetery. Among other sights are: the Loreto church, rebuilt in the 19th century into a tomb of the Dietrichstein family. Recently Mikulov is mainly famous with its viticulture.
